Project Manager I
The Project Manager is a member of the Project Management Group reporting to the Director of Project Management. The Project Manager acts as a primary point of contact with the client and the Vantage internal project team and designs, plans, implements and manages one or more assessment applications/programs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop project scope documents and implementation plan (WBS) against contracted services and deliverables.
- Develop specifications and requirements documentation to be provided to the implementation team including, but not limited to, storyboards, and data flow diagrams.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of the application and services among various departments during the analysis, design, development, deployment and stabilization phases of the project.
- Identify and analyze problems through to resolution.
- Serve as a point-of-contact to the customer and internal departments for day-to-day execution of project.
- Ensure that all program services and products are of high quality, delivered on time and on budget.
- Assist Project Management Director in managing program activities.
- Coordinate the production of user-related materials.
- Perform related project management and account management duties as needed.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by Director.
- Some travel required.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in related field required.
- 3-5 yrs prior experience in project management or educational software development strongly desired.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment and still maintain quality and attention to detail.

Senior Product Manager
The Senior Product Manager provides general management of Vantage's Literary Product Line from concept to launch. The Senior Product Manager determines which tools and products to develop based on the company's strategic plan, market and competitive research, and using input from sales and other internal sources. The Senior Product Manager will manage and build products from existing and/or new Vantage linguistic, artificial intelligence, and search technologies.

- Define and present a product line plan to the management team for approval

- Proficient in writing Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) based HTML web-pages in a text-editor

Vantage Technologies is looking for a dynamic and innovative sales representative. The goal is to expand Vantage's business via OEMs purchasing and utilizing our technology.
Duties
- Define and implement OEM sales strategy for North America/ International.
- Take ownership of the North American/ International OEM accounts, short and mid-term forecast, as well as the long-term sales plan.
- Direct all OEM sales activities leading to revenue generation according to sales plan and quarterly targets.
- Build and manage long term key customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales tactics and strategy for global accounts with OEM sales peers in other regions.
